4. Product Information & Pricing

5. Quotations & Orders

6. Payment Terms

• 50% advance, 50% on delivery

We deliver across all of Egypt using our trusted logistics partners. Sensitive products (reference strains, prepared culture media) are shipped using cold-chain logistics. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on:

• Product availability and source
• Destination and accessibility
• Customs clearance for imported items
• Cold-chain handling requirements

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the regulated nature of laboratory products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours)
• Wrong product shipped due to our error
• Defective product within manufacturer warranty

Reference strains, opened chemicals, and custom orders are non-returnable. All return requests must be approved in writing before shipment back.

9. Product Use & Liability

All products supplied by ALEMAN are intended for professional laboratory use by qualified personnel. The customer is solely responsible for:

• Verifying product suitability for their intended use
• Following Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS)
• Compliance with local regulatory and safety requirements
